What do a two inch dead cockroach, crochet needles, and caricature have in common? My vasectomy!
Its just not normal to have my nuts in your hands five minutes after ive met you. Dr. Dudek Held my testekle between his two thumbs moments after meeting me, he streched the skin tight to show me where the vas vien was and how easy it would be to pull out with the tiny hook. Then I was lead into the "operating room". The first thing I noticed was the dead cockroach. I told the nurse " there is a dead roach on the floor right there. She Quickly declared she wasnt about to get it and asked me if I would, I said "no" then she proceeded to make some comentnts like was I afriad I said no I just wasnt going to pick up thier dead bug. You dont ivite someone to you place of biusness and have them pick up the dead bugs, from the operating room. Well I'm geussing a lot of people would have called it a day at that piont but if I walked out I dont think I would have ever came back to that DR. or any other, I had to get this done today. So some lady who aparently was ther to have some botox ( you know, Vasectomys and botox) scooped up the roach in a paper cup muttering something about the size of bugs in Hawaii. So now its off with the pants and after what seemed like twenty minutes the doc comes it with his assistant and they go to work on my junk. Basicly the proceedure consists of some local anistetic ( needles in the nuts FUN!) and then Doc Dudek hooks out the vas with a tiny crochet needle, it dosnt hurt realy its just way too f'ed up a scene for me. Now al la Cosbys dentest bit, Doc wants to chat, as does his assistant, " oh you draw people, you sould draw ulga here" ( I dont remember what her name was) Um shure, what ever just finish up, and with a good stong yank to my sack its all over, as I sit up in walks ulga with a sharpie and some paper. The doc says she should let me put my pants on first, Ulga says she likes me without pants. So I drew her picture, without pants on, I dont think she liked it.

Last sat I had a Guitar hero/ birthday party missed those of you who couldnt make it and rocked with those who did, Lok for the big rock band party early dec late nov, it comes out nov 28.

I had my first crepe' at the paris the other day with Jay Robinson, it was realy freakin good, Ham and Cheese mmmmm

Art is a very instinctive process for me, I do very little thinking about the way things work in art and color theory. Tonight Emma was painted some drawings she made and while I was helping her clean up I pointed out that she could use less paint next time because she had a lot of green left over. Emma said she was trying to make brown, so I told her that she should have put more red in to bring it back to brown. She said she used red blue and yellow, then I said if the color was too orange you should add more blue and Emma said so you add more of what ever color isn't being used(of the three primary's) to make it more brown. I had to stop and picture the process and she was exactly right. I was very proud of her and think its neat how she thinks differently and taught me something about art.

For the last six months or so I've been workshoping Maya with Jerry ,Andy , And Dave. About every other week Jerry would ask if I wanted to work out in the morning and of course I always said no. Last week I said yes, so three time a week I've got up at 5:30( once at 5:00) and gone and worked out. Jerry has a nice little gym in his house. It's pretty cool getting up early and getting something done its like free time.

This morning We got the kids up at 6:20ish and went to the pummkin patch. The Gillcreise farm opened up it's pumkin patch Wednesday and if you don't go soon after opening its slim pickins. It was a beautiful morning,we had the place to ourselves and it was overcast and warm. As we were leaving a light rain made a pater,pater sound from hiting the wide pumkin leaves, it was a good morning.

Tonight I was reading a Judy Blume book with Emma. It was one of the later Fudge books, and in it Fudge is in a library and the librarian suggests he use the CARD CATALOG to find a book.Its really scary how archaic that seems, especially since I remember using them as a young teen. Drawers filled with hundreds of cards , thousands. God bless technology.

The solution I decided to go with on the whole phone drama was get a crappy free phone, and buy an ipod. It worked, the solution that is.

So remember that cool phone I was talking about last post? It broke. Nice. The display fades to white after every push of a button. Thankfully its still under warranty, but now I must question the durability of said phone and ponder the ramifications of buying or not buying cell phone insurance UGG.That my friends is how they get ya.

As I was running spell check I picked up the phone and its now working fine. Perfect, I get to take a phone that appears to have nothing wrong with it to the store and what?, say "this phone was broke fer like, ten minutes, can I have another one? Crap.

Today I got a new phone. People couldn't hear me talk on my old one. So I needed a phone and I asked Cheryl for a Mp3 player for my birthday, so I got a combo jobie. It'sa Nice. I Like, Yes.

I talked to Kelly Segovia today, I haven't see him in a year and it felt like we just hung out yesterday. Neat.

My Parents took me to Tony Romas tonight. If you hate the singing birthday thing from the waiting staff at restaurants then Romas is the place for you. The Waitress said they don't sing any more and you get the choice of ice cream or a bottle of their BBQ sauce, I chose the sauce.

Happy birff day to me. 33 Years ago on a rainy Portland evening I was born to Tom and Celia Citizen. I like birthdays, it's a reason to have a party and you get to be the center of attention. So this Saturday I having a guitar hero birthday party, come and rock your way to cash and prizes!(well prizes anyway) The rocking starts 6:00 pm, pizza and beer provided.
